Alaska airline has generally been good to me. I have not had a bad time with losing a flight or flight delayed for more than an hour. Unfortunately some of the staff can be a bit more friendly and helpful but overall great airplanes clean and comfortable. I flew to Vegas and back and it was a super easy flight. No complaints arrived on time and left on time.

I went on Alaska Airlines from Portland Oregon to Las Vegas on 10/28/23 on flight 2297, and after arriving , I discovered that my new suitcase was missing a wheel. I notified the airlines right away and put in a claim. The claim was later rejected with Alaska Airlines claiming that it was due to " wear and tear" of the suitcase and they refused to compensate me. I had to go and buy another new suitcase for over$ 100, since they refused my claim. I will Never use this airline again because of this terrible service of no compensation for the damage to the luggage , which was caused by their staff and after I paid the $30 baggage fees for the flight. They refused to take responsibility for damaging my new suitcase purchased 3 months earlier. My advice is Don't Use This Airline. .

Excellent costumer service 👌.. They would do anything to pleased you .. excellent if traveling with pets .. once I lost a bag and they found it and they brought it back to where I was .. and their Alaska airlines credit card is freaking awesome .. and you sitting in some fine Recaro seats …

Flight in First Class from LAS to SEA, was just average. First Class service prior to 2019 was stellar, what’s changed? Flight staff was machine like rather than more personalized.

Alaska airlines arrive and depart at terminal 3. Easy to get in and out. Nicer food options would be nice, but you’re not long there anyways.

I had 3 cats to bring in special airplane shipping with you but you can't bring anything more than one anymore for any reason. My one cat is now screaming in the house and not stopping looking for the other two and this is about for me to have a big seizure. Alaska did this in a very rude manor by check in. My cat is in such terror looking for his brothers hiding and meowing non stop. And it will be like that for the 12 days it takes to shipping me. Guess I better get ready for seizures.
